Job Overview:
Responsible for guiding and coaching two feature teams in a scaled Agile environment, fostering Agile practices, and supporting digital product delivery for gas flow management operations."
Key Responsibilities:
Guide multiple teams in implementing scaled Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies to enhance product delivery and visibility across teams
Mentor and coach team members and new Scrum Masters in Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement to foster autonomy and performance
Lead organizational change by transitioning from component-based structures to cross-functional feature teams, removing systemic impediments to agility
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain transparent and well-prioritized backlogs that support efficient feature development
Drive improvements in Agile tools and metrics while facilitating cross-team alignment, knowledge sharing, and dependency management
Support team well-being and talent growth by fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and mutual respect, and assisting in identifying skill gaps and career progression
